I have a 1997 m3 (auto), looking to swap a 2010 n54 twin turbo i used to live on r3v when i was big into e30's, but now i have a few newer bmw's and have been getting into the newer engine swaps.

Wanted to know if it's possible to put an smg transmission in with my n52 engine or do i need to swap the whole motor?
